Hello, my name is Gabe Gribble and I am the District Manager of Turkey Run Landfill, which is owned and operated by Waste Management’s South Atlantic Area.  In my role, I am responsible for the management and operations of Turkey Run Landfill and I have the pleasure of managing our team of dedicated and motivated employees.  I have a strong commitment to the environment and believe in strong communities.  I look forward to working with the Hogansville, GA and surrounding communities.

I began my waste industry career in middle school for a smaller waste company in north Georgia.  I worked with the company on weekends and summers while attending high school and college.  After college, I worked with the department of transportation as a project engineer on new highway construction projects.  An opportunity arose to apply as a Landfill Management Trainee for Waste Management in Atlanta and I was awarded the position.  Due to my hard work ethic and performance, my career progressed and I was promoted to District Manager of Willow Oak Landfill, a Construction and Demolition Debris Landfill in Palmetto, GA.  Most recently, I was promoted to the District Manager of Turkey Run Landfill in Hogansville, GA.

When I am away from work, I enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as wake-boarding, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and taking a cruise on my Harley.   .

My name is Christina Mills and I am the Operations Specialist at Waste Management’s Turkey Run Landfill. “Operations Specialist” is our fancy title for office administrator. I am responsible for taking care of the day-to-day office management activities and for insuring that our office runs smoothly. I have been in the industry since 2006.

My career in the waste industry began as a scale attendant with another large garbage company in 2006. In this career you learn new things each and every day. There is always room for growth and developement. Needless to say, I have a lot of experience in the waste industry.

I am the proud mother of two wonderful children. When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
